First Steps!!!
This has been so much fun watching our little boy grow! I know everyone says this, but it goes SO fast I can't believe it. I'm sure like every other parent watching their very wobbly toddler learn to walk, I wanted to buy Isaac a helmet. Instead, I just stand within arm's reach all the time. This is definitely, by far, the most challenging job I've ever had. And, by far, the most rewarding!!
Happy 4th of July!!
For the 4th, we had our neighbors, Gwynn and Lawrence and their little guy, Tyler over for a BBQ. Everything was going very smoothly with the babes until the fireworks were about to start, and then, sure enough the kids started crying up a storm and we missed the show. I should write a book titled, "What to Expect... NOTHING!!" =). Gotta love 'em.
104 temp!
This was a hard day for Isaac. He had a really high temp all day, so we let him sleep in our bed with nothing more than a diaper on and a sheet over him. Poor little thing.
Big Red Barn
We went to Hovander Park in Ferndale with Stella and her parents, Katherine and Brian. A picnic in the shade, farm animals, and good friends. Good times =).
Great Hair!!
A little sun, a little sweat, and a lot of sunscreen can do great things for your hair =).
